Required Candidate profile

Candidate Description :

  • Handling and Ensuring effective Housekeeping , Electrical and Security Management
  • Handling Transportation for all employees
  • Taking care of photocopying, printing and stationery requirements
  • Ensure the maintenance of all instruments.
  • Taking care of in-house catering /cafeteria requirements including drinking water arrangement and organizing hot/cold beverages for the employees
  • Attending and ensuring to close all grievances related to administration activities such as complaints on transportation, electrical issues, communication line issues, security or Housekeeping issues etc
  • Liaise with different vendors/contractors of the company
  • organizing vendor meetings
  • Getting quotations from different vendors on need and negotiating rates and recommend the best vendor to the manager
  • Arrange and organize AMCs for different equipment like DG Sets, etc.
  • Ensuring adequate and proper record maintenance related to all areas such as telephones, stationery, goods inward/ outwards, agreements, licenses, bills etc
  • Tracking and Maintaining sub-staff attendance
  • Ensuring effective pest control activities in the office campus for the good health of the employees Preparing work instructions module for the contractors.
  • MIS reports to be send to Admin Manager on a weekly / monthly basis
  • All the other admin activities assigned by the Admin Manager
