Job Description :
1. Responsible for online leads tracking, fulfillment and driving referral business for a region in Delhi.
2. Managing a FTE team of 15 Acquisition managers.
3. Coordination with leads team, outbound team and RCU/RPC for optimum utilization of leads and account opening within TAT.
4. Managing sales account opening operations and achieving 100% sales quality in account processing.
5. Responsible for sales standards of performance, incentive planning and execution for team members.
Profile & Back ground:
1. 4-7 years of direct sales experience in any industry with Team handling experience.
2. MBA preferable but not compulsory. Graduation is compulsory.
3. Should have understanding of Digital space and be comfortable with mobile based tools CRM for lead tracking.
4. Analytical skills mandatory. Must have through understanding of MS office tools, especially, MS Excel.
