Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution (end-to-end) in a stipulated time thereby gaining customers trust
Ensure the resolution provided is in sync with organizational practices and procedures
Should adhere to the timeline and ensure cascade of clear communication, to close loop the query/grievance
Should continuously assist in adding value to the function
Identifies area of improvement and assist in bridging the gaps, if any
Maintains a confidential and sensitive work environment & focus on customer service
Understands and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents
Ensure reportees (if applicable) comply with the security policy and procedure of SGS
Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy
Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement
Be aware with all relevant policies and procedures
Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline.
DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
1 Yrs of exp in HR
Verbal and written communication skills.
Sound computer skills.
Basic knowledge of work etiquette
Fresher can also apply must have excellent communication (MBA-HR)
