Walkins for Help desk/ Travel Desk Executive from 6th-8th Feb, 2013 between 10AM to 5PM on the below mentioned address.

Job Description:
Be a part of Client Support team.
Understand issues faced by the client (over phone or email) and evaluate at the first level providing solution or re-directing appropriately to the requisite team
Should be able to Work on all travel related products (Air/Hotel/Package/Car/Insurance etc).
Live Chats for providing online solutions to Client.
Work in 24*7 rotational shifts.

Note: Candidates from either travel industry or from Travel BPO can apply and please come in formal wear and along with your updated resume and 2 passport size photographs.

Education & Other Certifications:
Any graduate.- Recognized industry qualifications are preferable
Candidates with travel diploma will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Dynamic professionals with experience in Travel industry- as a travel agent/ticket booking executive/help desk/customer support personnel.
Ability to quickly learn the product with minimum hand holding
Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting / report writing.
Excellent communication skills
Good observation and analyzing skills.
