Roles and responsibilities 

1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
4. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
5. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
6. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
7. Preparing MIS reports/ Dashboards
8. Coordinating / approving expense claims
9. Coordinating IT issues and smooth functioning across various locations
