Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process. Provide input to manager regarding hiring decisions.
Administer typing and math tests to all applicants.
Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
Maintenance of all I-9s - both current and terminated.
Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.
Maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
Compile class list each week to be given to training and scheduling. Provide general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing, and supply maintenance.

Education & Professional Certifications:
Associate's degree in related field or advanced vocational training with one to five years related experience; or Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university with some related work experience

Candidate Profile:
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
Ready to work 6 days a week
