Manage a large and diverse team of CSAs working towards pre-defined targets
Responsible for maintaining discipline and roster of team on the floor
Responsible for staff retention within the team
Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them
To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence
Accountable for smooth flow of operations
Ensure CSAT target is met of the entire team and there is high focus to deliver exceptional quality service in team.
Coordination between Managers and Team Members

Skills -

Strong interpersonal skills and ability communicate with people across organizational units
Should be a keen learner
High on responsibility and ownership
