o Responsible for end to end transaction support for Employee Helpdesk
o Co-ordinate with the Technical team in case of any issues or queries pertaining to the system.
o Good hands-on knowledge of HR Operations.
o High proficiency in Dashboards, Analytics & MIS with good knowledge about MS Excel, Pivot Table, MS Word & Charts.
o Must be aware of all the HR policies pertaining to the employee life cycle.
o Experience in On boarding Process / Processing the Payroll / Employee Helpdesk / Grievance Handling
2 to 4yrs of experience
BPO Customer Service
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Flexible with UK Shift timing and comfortable with Noida SEZ location
Should have excellent computer proficiency
